ETH Zurich announces the Branco Weiss Fellowship "Society in Science" program, offering scholarships of up to five years for postdoctoral researchers. Eligible applicants are postdoctoral researchers who received their Ph.D. no more than five years ago and are engaged in research in any field outside the mainstream. Detailed information can be found on this page. Instructions for applying can be found at this link. The deadline for submitting applications to the provider is January 15, 2026, at 5 p.m. Central European Time.

Swiss government scholarship for postdoctoral researchers who will complete their doctoral studies between January 2023 and July 2026. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from an academic supervisor in Switzerland. The scholarship lasts min. 6 month and max. 12 months. Detailed information can be found on this page.
