Applications are submitted on an ongoing basis. The deadline for submitting the last application is 31st October 2025.

You will be informed about the resolution of funding of your project on the 25th day of each month (except of the Summer vacation).

Update on holiday operation

For coordination reasons, the Board of Cooperatia PHIL is suspending the interim decision on applications from 25 June 2025 to 31 August 2025.

After the holidays, applications for projects planned for the winter semester will be evaluated together and in a one-off process.

So if you are planning a project for the winter semester that you want Cooperatio to support, please submit your application by August 31, 2025.

The evaluation of applications will take place in the first week of September.

Applications are submitted on an ongoing basis.

The Cooperatio PHIL Board considers applications at approximately 14-day intervals and the evaluation will also take place within approximately 14 days.

Applications for funding for projects and projects to be considered urgently are therefore recommended to be submitted as soon as possible.
